James Free Running Spring 08

My free running sampler for Spring 08. There's a lot of stuff which I wish I could have put in here but I just want to release another video to mark my progress (it's been a year :P)

Some of this footage dates back to last summer I think.

@anthony40395 Panasonic GS300. It's an old model - I bought it in 2007.

@MrMbeatz Frontflip is easier to go for - worst case you'll land on your back. Backflip is easier to land because you can spot the floor, but takes some confidence to get over the fear of rotating backwards over your head.
