The law was given to reveal Jesus Christ who was to come. This is why it says it was only to last until the seed should come.

You cant separate it. But its not the letter you need but the Spirit of Christ in you that is the law alive in you.

Ever stop to consider that the Spirit of Christ contained in us COMPLETELY REPRESENTS the letter of the law TO ITS UTMOST?

You don't have any issue with six or seven of the Ten Commandments; the REST are alike, ALL being STILL set forth BY Christ NOW, exactly as He presented them ORIGINALLY (I'd have said nine of them but I'm unaware of your stance, at your age, regarding adultery, coveting.

By the works of the law shall no flesh be justified for by the law is the knowledge of sin. You do realize that the law doesn't stand for you right? It stands against you. So if the law can't support you, it condemns you and never can do otherwise. Who is the only one who can? The Son of God? How? through faith in him. What is the victory that overcometh, faith!

How does one overcome? By believing in the Son of God and what he did.

Before I response anymore to your comments about the law, you have always avoided one question. What is your faith? Who do you believe in? If you don't go to church, what do you refer to yourself as?

Do you believe in the cross of Christ? Do you believe that his blood was shed to cleanse you of your sin? Do you believe that he took your penalty and your guilt upon himself? Do you believe he is God? Do you believe he existed prior to his birth here? Please share with us some....

I even have a video posted about the New Testament commandments. I think people don't realize that the new covenant runs on its own commandments, and not simply a renewal of the old.

Now we may, humbly, disagree on what commandments we should obey. God did not tell me not to eat of the fruit, or build an ark, or leave the land of Ur, or sacrifice animals, or keep feast days.

But, He also did not tell Noah to believe on the virgin birth, death, resurrection of a Savior born in Bethlehem.

We must rightly devide the word of truth and descern what is the will of God for our lives, as Christians.

I compiled this list of commandments years ago. if you thouroughly read the NT you will find over 100 commandments that we are taught to obey, Many have the illusion that they have the secret to obedience that no one else has.

You certainly have me mixed up with someone else. I have challenged jkw733 on this video since he put it out. To state that one can be a child of God, and yet not obey is to deny scripture.

You think because there are perverted priests that is in some way my fault. I do not even know a priest. I have only been to a Catholic church one time, and that was for a funeral.

I can do no more for the Catholic Church than i can for you. I can only pray. We are only responsible for what we do individually and our influence on others. We can not save the world. We will leave that in God's hands.

We spread the Gospel the only way we know how. Through missionary work.
