This course is SEGA ILLUSION, the last course in the game. Like its counterpart, this course is spelled in all capital letters. SEGA is typically spelled as such because it's an abbreviation, of "Service Games." But what could "ILLUSION" stand for? I suppose since some people made guesses in the last video, I'll leave it up to them this time.

This course, like SEGA CARNIVAL, takes place in a theme park with areas themed on SEGA franchises. None of them predate the Saturn, but they're still pretty dang forgotten. The race begins and ends in the same spot in both courses, in the bouncing town of Samba de Amigo. This course goes straight to Twin Seeds for NiGHTS into Dreams... but instead of a chute, you're actually racing this time. Some orange hoops float above the course when you get close, a nod to the hoops NiGHTS must ride through to score points. The next section is Space Channel 5, a retro-future looking place that begins with a spinning rocketship ride, then into a mock TV studio with Morolians shooting downward. The final section concerns Chu Chu Rocket! and, like the playing field of game it's based on, is full of arrow tiles that redirect you around.

The character I use here is Ulala, the reporter from Space Channel 5. She's been in a total of two games, the first unveiling the corruption at the executive level of the channel she works for, then foiling an evil genius's plan to make everybody dance forever. (One is no more serious than the other.) She's got a tall physique suitable to the dancing game she's starred in. She's a Speed character, meaning she's able to ride on grind rails. SEGA ILLUSION, unfortunately, is not kind to its Speed characters. There are few rails, and it's also got the widest gap between rails in this game: Without absolutely perfect knowledge of where the rail ends, you'll fall off. The distance between the two rails in the Space Channel 5 area are just close enough together that you can jump off the very tip of one and land on the very tip of the next.

Oh yeah, and before you ask, Amigo and Billy Hatcher are NOT in this game. They are in Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity. Similarly, Aiai and Ulala are not in that game.
