You might have guessed that i'm not from the US
Our panel came from California via York U.K. to Holland .
It is black / blue and had " Barney Steele's bar and grille" on the side.
It must have been standing years in front of a restaurant somewhere near Redwood City
I know it's a long shot but i am very curious if someone out there has more info
about the story behind this truck .

@milktruck1947 I wish I had more resources on trucks. I don't know designation or model of this truck and I wish I could help you with your rare Dodge truck. If I do find info that you need, I will let you know. Best of luck.

Lots of work but restorable by the looks of it !
I am currenty in the process of restoring a '41 california built WC37 panel.
I think the only differences are the horizontal chrome strips in the lower grille and a T-112 218 cu/in engine (?)
I feel i have saved it from the hot-rod scene and hope this one will also make it .
(Sorry hot- rod guys but i feel there is just to much history involved to get creative on these beautiful workingclass oldies )

@MollyRatchet Good for you wanting to restore to original. Already too many of these Dodge panel trucks have been customized or rat-rod. And, you're right. You are looking at history when you see one like this needing restoration to original or one that has been restored to factory specs. So good luck to you with your restoration project.
