"If "wonderful" doesn't describe this girl, then I don't know what does! Hattie is a beautiful 10 month old puppy, who just wants to love and be loved. Hattie ADORES children, and children just love her! She wants to be with her people and would not do good left alone for hours at a time. She was picked up as a stray with her sister, and is now making up for lost time by wanting to constantly be loved on! She is a bit shy and would benefit greatly from confidence building. She is submissive and has good manners, and if told not to do something, she'll stop right away.
She does not generally jump up on people, and we haven't heard her bark even once. She rides nicely in a car, does very well in a crate, and when wearing a training collar will walk near perfectly on a leash. She loves to play, especially with squeaky toys! She needs to go to a home without cats, as she herds them and gets a little too nippy. She would do very well in a home with another dog, as she sticks like glue to her foster mom's Border Collie. She is crate-trained & hasn't had an accident in her foster home.

This girl is WONDERFUL, and just about as smart as they come. She picked up "sit" in just three tries! She was very timid when she first came to me, but I have spent a lot of time socializing her with people and she's now expecting pets from anyone who walks by. She has made wonderful progress! She would do okay in a home with a large cat who is not afraid to claw the dog if it gets too fiesty. She is socialized with other dogs, but get a bit overwhelmed if they are too rambunctious around her. She is very submissive to both people and dogs. She needs to go to a home with another dog...She was with her sister her whole life, she's never been without a doggy friend.
