  • You make excellent videos. I am trying to learn how to knit and to be honest I have learned more in your video than I did in a classroom setting! Bravo to you! Keep making these videos please. I also think it is soooo cool that you handmade items were used in movies etc.... You are truly very talented. :)

  • The only way I (as a beginner) have managed to get a nice even cast-on that isn't too tight :) Thanks!

  • @MeggieCook On the contrary I thought it was ok, but then again i don't know your method ;)

  • I think this is the hardest way to cast on

  • @lizardrules You can just bring the left needle forward, but I find it easier to start fresh for each stitch. It also makes it easier to tighten or loosen the stitch after you add it to the left needle. But you're welcome to do it that way if it works better for you. It doesn't change anything. :)

  • I am a bit confused as to why you have to pull the needle out at the end. When you reinsert the needle to start over again, you are putting it right back where you took it out from.......you just need to bring the left needle forward on the last stitch instead of putting it behind the right needle and leave it where it is. Or am I missing something??

  • Oh my god. Thank you so much!

  • @amngrego
