I hate my new upstairs neighbors, they just moved in 3 days ago and already keeping up alot of noise.They are hillbillies with a couple of rugrats running around the apartment like animals in the wild.

I absolutely feel your pain. I had upstairs neighbors like that and it was HELL. I couldn't take it anymore and I had to move out. I know moving is a bitch but sometimes that's the only choice you have. How hard is it to live in a civilized manner. I may sound like an old fart by saying this...but it really all starts at home on how someone was brought up to behave properly. If their parents/guardians taught them that, they'll have it in them for the rest of their lives where ever they go.

I have mean terrible neighbors too 5 kids living over me they have no respect a few times they were fighting 2am i called the police on them they are the worse kids i,ve ever seen,, stomping all hours of the night and daytime,, so when i get up in the mornings a blast them with my computer system,, Blast them back with music give them a taste of their own nonsense.
