@ajay999999 the call out is "Minimums" and refers to the altitude at which one should be able to see the runway. If however the pilot can not see the runway at this altitude you are supposed to do a go around. The minima vary by aircraft category, determined by the aircraft's approach speed. If you want to obtain more detailed knowledge I suggest you google following terms:
"approach minima" "decision height" "minimum descent altitude"
