Yes, I know they are made of Aluminium; actually it's an Aluminium based alloy. Do you realise that Aluminium is a Metal?
Anyway, just because you haven't experienced a problem with your Macbook doesn't mean they don't exist. If the same problem occurs to several thousand Macbooks it would be considered a defect, even if it accounts for less than 1% of all Macbooks sold. On the other hand, the cracking on the Macbooks was so common that Apple had to extend their warranty to avoid a recall.
It's not just the year, its the level of intelligence in your comments, like "It's not metal... it's Aluminium" (still a classic)
And you've never heard of a Macbook Pro overheating? But then reading your other comments you haven't heard of the Macbooks crack problem either, despite the relatively large coverage of the defect. From swelling batteries and random shutdowns to electric shocks the Macbook series has a history of common defects.
I'm writing this on a macbook, I'm not some random PC user, I use both.
Seriously you deleted it, I have the email saved in my inbox. And they cracked but no, they don't magically appear, that's stupid just suggesting it, they appeared to the material used and the machining process.
Exactly. I'd probably go with a Mac since theres quite a lot of good Mac-only software related to Movie-Making, plus with that one that you said, it would easily run Windows (Therefore the best of both worlds :D)
Also I couldn't find your reply, I assume you deleted it.
No macbooks used to crack the moment you looked at them, hence that they have a near infinite warranty if they can't find a valid reason why it broke.
it is not a metal body dumb ass, its aluminum. and its funny whenever i say something abput pc, pc fans just take what i say and use it against mac, get your own arguments, ones that rae true to
"It's not metal... it's Aluminium" Seriously, that's funny.
And the reason I mentioned the overheating problems is because you claimed that all laptops overheat except Macs, when in reality (a concept you're clearly not familiar with) Mac's are the worst offenders for heat problems.
Anyway, I get the feeling from your username and the stupid comments that you're only 14 or 15 years old, so I'm not going to argue with you any more.
