The judges decision lacked a valid Constitutional foundation. A proper solutions to the issue would best be found via state legislatures and the democratic process, rather than through an all-encompassing ruling from the Supreme Court.
So Huckabee's human life ammendment will correct the judges ruling.

roe v. wade is a supreme court decision, it does not change the constitution.

Note, this tax was voted in by the residents of Arkansas.

The schools were ranked by average test scores, not money spent.

According to multiple truckers magazines, Arkansas had some of the best highways to drive on. Not the best, but tremendously improved raods. The roads were so bad that they did need to spend extra money in order to to a mass renovation of the highways. Yes, there is tax money used to maintain the roads, but a mass renovation was needed in order to bring them up to par.
-
that is a ridiculous thing to say. they have the best highways in the country. why has huckabee not said this. because it's a stupid point that can't be proved and is a matter of opinion. 2. we only measure school success on the amount of money we spend, not the quality thats there. 3. you are already taxed for roads. why would they need more taxes for them? because the budget has been mismanaged.

This guy carried out a voted in tax to improve their states highways and also carried out a supreme court ordered tax increase to support their failing schools. Arkansas now has some of the best highways in the nation and their schools went from second to last in the nation to eighth in the nation.

What do you think the liberal judges did on Roe vs. Wade? A human life ammendment would overturn the change that was already made.
If you don't like Huck, that's fine, but try pulling your head out of your ass!
Sorry, Mike didn't pardon Wayne Drummond, another Democratic governor did.

Mike Huckabee makes a great point here, that it's easy for a senator to sit back and criticize a governor for his record.
