Santa Clarita Market Update 07-24-2009 thru 07-2

Santa Clarita Valley market update, from the 24th of July to today, the 27th of July, Monday. There has been a lot of activity and quite a few listings that have come onto the market for sale during the weekend.

I have also seen about the same amount of listings that came onto the market turn into back up or pending status's.

There were quite a few reductions in price as well.

Finally - Closed - as you can see via the pdf's that I downloaded on to this video - there were quite a few properties that went from pending/backup to sold status closing.
