  • Do you really want to improve education, or do you want to merely create more programs? You can spend all the money you want and still not see an improvement.

    Turn off the TV, or throw it in the trash! Read to your kids, and take them to a library or a bookstore. And finally, keep your kids away from a high sugar diet. I know some parents who've done this and the results are impressive, and it has nothing to do with race.
