@flanasmithhot well presumabley it doesn't acctualy snow 'in' atlantis (the city), but as for the planet, in many scenes in which the sky is visable there are clouds, which means presipitate must fall in some way, so if it gets cold enough it very possiabley could snow.
BUT that is all asuming there are planets with breathable atmospheres in other galaxis. (but of course there are because otherwise, without depleating the ZPMs, how would atlantis expedition be able to breathe?)
