Duck frozen to pond

A dead duck with no head is frozen to this pond. Some predator took his head apparently.

no lol, it's not a decoy. It's behind a Wendy's Resturant. I see that all the time. Something bit it's head off.

dude, it's not a decoy! geesh. people can't hunt there, it's a little man made pond infront of new business buildings and behind a very busy wendy's. It's head was bit off. We are over run with geese in our town. I deliver mail and am always stepping around their babys and huge poop. This one died and froze to the pond and then as frozen the head broke off. lol.

I just got my coffee at Tim Horton's with my wife, saw the goose, got out and went up close and took the pic. geesh.

It is a decoy, but it happens, in very harsh winters they can fall asleep and the legs freeze, so they cant move and starve, but its rare, someone would see that in a very busy area and free the duck, if it would be real.
