  • I found the solder joint that failed and repaired it. I appreciate your comments. The Johnny Cox version is one of my favorites.

  • Tone is a little too dry,needs some delay or reverb.

  • I agree...my reverb had a broken solder wire at the time.

  • Yea, they're pretty fragile-I've been using a digital reverb and stereo delay,bouncing the signal back & forth between my Peavey and a small practice amp for the delay signal, but now I'm using a Fender amp 'cause I don't like the Peavey for guitar--with stereo delay I get a great steel sound with my LeGrande or MSA Classic,and NOTHIN beats that Fender reverb! Nice rendition,BTW. Have you heard Johnny Cox's version?
