Racism is "rased based" and always involves money. It is when one race deprives another race the same economic lots that they enjoy. Racism seeks to control the economic wealth based upon skin color. Black folks therefore can not be racist because their race never had control over the wealth to deprive another race. Racism and "prejudice", meaning (to pre-judge), are not the same thing. Racism is always "race based" and "prejudice" is judging others by their looks, color, dialect, etc.
