@F22Ownage Not sure where you got that crap from but the F-22's although present never took part in the ATLC course. Also the Rafale and Typhoon were never pitted aginst each other. Both were on the ATLC course but were part of a seperate programme. Nothing on the course is made public and all results during the course are not for public consumption.
Yes, that did occur back in 2007 at the Indra Dhanush Exercise. Just search it, widely avaliable on the net. But remeber these were WVR (within Visual range) where the su-30mki has the advantage of maneuverability (slightly)
If this was a a beyond visual range (BVR) engagement the Eurofighter would have dominated the SU-30mki (wich it designed for) So don;t take these execersizes, as one plane being better than the other. many factors play a role.
Actually it has on 2 separate training exercises. They are meant to train, not to "BEAT' the other country. It's meant to better the pilots themselves.
First Excersize happened in 2009 at Al Dhafra where the French rafale beat the Eurofighter 1v1 4-0, and 3-1. The f-22 while no number of engagments were made publically (some say as many as 25) the f-22 went undefeated.
It looks like the YF-23, whcih was a better plane than the inferior YF-22 that the USAF greenlighted.
