I took oil painting from Mel Ramos for two years at Cal State University of Hayward. I loved his class. He invited our class to his house for lunch and showed the students his studio and work . It might seem like he is a very sexist person by looking at his paintings of super beautiful nude women. People might be surprised to know that he was a gentleman to all the women and respectful to all the of the women in our class. I'm so lucky to have learned from the Master of painting Mel.
