i love the workouts, and i can feel it working...i used to do winsor pilates, and it helped me with pain so much so i know these workouts will help...i'll do parts 1-3 one day, and 4 & 5 on another, 5 days a week most likely, i know it'll help from gaining too much weight while prego and it'll be easier to get into shape after..i'm 5 mos now..thanks

I love this exeecise....<3 i'm 4 mos. pregnant now and this exercise helps me to become more flexible especially when my trimester comes. thanks for sharing this exrecise video for pregnant women like me.:-)
