Let's Play Bari-Arm / Android Assault (1) Hey Look, a GOOD Sega CD Game!

Switching game systems yet again, now we've moved over to the Sega CD, to play one of the few good games on the system: Bari-Arm, or as it's known out of Japan, Android Assault. (Oddly, it still says Bari-Arm on the title screen, even though I have the American version.)

I figured a shmup would be a good choice for an LP, since my other LPs have been lacking a whole lotta action. :P

I just hope I can get through this without cheating...'cause this game is HARD.

man, this LP is one hell of a nostalgia bomb for me. i played the fuck out of this game as a kid.

I never owned a Sega CD myself...actually, the Genesis is the only Sega system I've ever physically owned.

Can any one make me a "sega cd" emulator cd ?.I tried to down load the emulator but cant seem to get it to work.Will pay good money for it.

Can't get the emulator to work? Well, you need some BIOS files to make the emulators work for anything beyond Genesis games.

I have this game for The Sega CD Too! It's one of my favorite classic games! Good Luck on this game, I beat it once when I was a Kid On Easy.

The SCD actually had a number of good games. Sonic CD, the Lunar series, and a few more. At the very least, it's better than most of the other pre-Saturn/PSX CD-based systems.

yeah, i've been playing it since i saw this and i don't remember it being nearly as hard as you say. the thing to remember is the android mode's hitbox is about the same size as the jet fighter mode. also, sattelite boms are your friend in part 2.
