This bike stands ,holders or how they call them are so cool...I always fight with my bike when fixing stuff.I usually ends up with supporting it with my head,shoulder,knee,leg,foot & doing the rest with only one hand

lol went shop cost me bloody £25 for a new thread n bolt for headset

Thanks for this, my local bike shop are saying this will cost around £15 ($20) to do this. I have an old mountain bike with a quill stem, I guess the procedure is the same though?

do i need a headset press if im just greasing or putting new bearings in???

nope, but you might find sealed bearings that are not greaseable in there depending on the bike.

Not really because your fork tube is cut for that frame and stem.
