I do believe that is Murray clearing his throat.
You should listen to "Whites Only Party [Home Demo]." A phone rings. I think a baby cries at the end. I mean, I know it's a demo, but hearing stuff like that still makes me giggle.
I love everything about The Dears, though.

I know this is a lame answer, but if you buy the album, there are some mystery tracks of which that is one.
In other words, you can get it at amazon . com
Or get it directly from thedears . org but I think it's more expensive there.
