I think you're right. Since there have been a lot of advancements in technology since it was written. We need to update the second ammendment to include these changes. "The people's right to keep and bear arms shall not be infinged. Arms being defined as any weapons the government is allowed to own so should civilians be allowed to own. This includes firearms, tanks, aircraft (including drone strike and surveilance aircraft) and personal explosive devices" There ya go. Updated!
