@bodsworthnj As of the 6th series we can officially fuck the laws of time, space and dimension and just go through a time lock, I think.

The time war is a sealed point in space-time which quintessentially means it does not exist it is sealed in a bubble and removed from the universe and at the end it will continuously burn for all eternity

@dragonflys20001 Well! The Time War is Time Locked.. That technically means that the idea of travelling to before the Time War is impossible because it was literally taken out of time (to my understanding). It exists outside of time. this is why the time lords and the the time war have fallen into myth by the time the 9th and 10th Doctor come around.
