Oliver & Company, The Princess and the Frog, Tangled, The Pebble and the Penguin, Dumbo, Robin Hood... Ooh... This is hard... Most animated films already seem to have sequels.
If we're talking about further/alternate sequels to films that already have them, then I might say:
* The Rescuers (didn't really care for "The Rescuers Down Under", I'll admit...)
* The Jungle Book
* All Dogs Go to Heaven
* Toy Story
* And there are probably plenty more on either list!

How to Train Your Dragon! (although I heard rumors that they are planning on making a sequel and a TV show?) Wall-E sequel about how they revive the Earth with our favorite friendly robots. And Finding Nemo. I have to agree with everyone about The Incredibles, I'm surprised it didn't get one considering how awesome the first one was, they could have made tons of sequels for that one. And of course Treasure Planet should have had a sequel

Well like everyone else, The Incredibles, due to Under Miner's appearance at the end. Maybe Monster's Inc. because of Sonny's last visit to see Boo at the end of that one. I was crossing my fingers for, until I found out it actually bombed, Legend of the Guardians to proceed with Kathryn's novels. Sure it's little, but that's as much I can think of so far.

I would LOVE to see a sequel to The Incredibles. I may not have liked the first one, but there are so many things they could do with a second that I would love to see.

The Simpsons Movie, The Great Mouse Detective, The Incredibles, Monsters vs Aliens, but I'm iffy with a Spongebob Squarepants sequel because of the recent episodes they've aired has made me confused and angry and I don't want a sequel that is going to tarnish the first film.
Megamind, Shark Tale, and The Simpsons Movie. BTW, is that you at 1:37?

Monsters Vs. Aliens was a decent movie and by the end I thought it was developing a Hellboy-ish 'superteam of monsters' vibe which I think could be explored.

@TinyLocomotive MvA is intriguing. Just like Incredibles the potential is certainly there. The adventure/hijinks that could ensue is nearly endless!
