  • thank you for your wise works

  • I did that. Thanks for your beautiful vids.

  • Thank you Norman, it's sure will help a lot of traders world wide to stay focused and keep their emotions under control. Please keep on going!

  • An inferior system with a good mindset can be profitable but the best system with a poor mindset will lose. If emotions cause me to break the rules and it turns out OK it takes more than one slap on the wrist to get my discipline back. Great drill, thank you.

  • @DisciplinedTrader

that's great! it get my hord of thoughts back in the right direction!

    thank you!

  • Gotta tell ya for that for the first "4 minute drill for traders" it was excellent. Hit all the right mental notes and gave voice to the thoughts that run in my noggin recently. Thanks. I'll get more and continue to improve my discipline. Happy Trading, TJ. (looking forward to the next one, keep 'em coming, it's a great idea and, so far, execution).

  • That's good, Norman! Thanks.

I think this will help a lot of traders over the emotional ups and

downs. I just get my emotions under control, and I find myself reacting

in panic to an unexpected move that takes me out early.

I called it "My Panic Button!" earlier in my career, and it's not easy

to overcome but worth it when you do.

    Keep up the good work!

  • Nice reminder of what to focus on. Thank you!
