non-educational programs in India, have been used to ingrain in the women to spend more time in schooling over the norms of society prior to these progams, to be content with stay at home mom life.
with in a year of changing the story lines of the prime time shows there, a drop in young teen frequencies, a increase in women graduating was seen,an the trend continued.

I've notice that even the science shows don't talk about the discovery and how it works but instead focus on the personal soap opera that was the discoverer's life.
Fact's are hard to find.
