I made this the other night, and it was awesome! It's even better the next day. I may cut the meat into smaller chunks the next time I make it, so that they'll be easier to eat, but this is definitely going on my recipe list.

that looks great , just one thing beef and Barley soup is a German dish and the Barley was used in place of potatoes not with . so you would not add potatoes in it with the barley. other wise it looks really good.

@ladysnowstrixx I am happy you like this, Thank you very much for watching. This is actually a common Bolivian dish. It is funny how so many countries in the world share similar dishes. In Bolivia the potato is added with the barley. Have a wonderful week!
