I have a question on the 2nd amendment, say someone is sleeping in bed with your daughter and you kick them out of the house and you have a gun in your hand an force them to walk down the road without pointing it at them and they pick up a rock and it looks like they are going to throw it at you or your house, and you shoot up im the air, scaring them away, can the state legally take your guns away even if there was someone in bed with your daughter

No Steve, I am sorry....I didn't mean to be mean...thanks for the suggestion to pause after each amendment....I am using this to teach my 5th graders about the constitution...I should be thanking you not complaining to you...thanks for this video and forgive me for being so rude.
