All this because of a LIE, a deadly lie that PP somehow helps child prostitution and trafficking.

Last thing: if you were to make abortions illegal, or just make it so to be able to get one in a sterile, safe environment by a real doctor who knows how to do it properly would be nearly impossible, then women would have to resort to other "back alley" methods. We've all heard of hanger stories by random shady people which can cause infection, mass bleeding, and even death. That is not "pro-life" because that is putting the mother's life in danger.

Another thing: would you rather have 330k more orphans without parents (say, if women were forced to just give the baby up for adoption instead of aborting it), or let women have 330k abortions every year (none of which actually affect anyone BUT the woman getting it) and prevent children from living in orphanages wishing they were never born because they have no connection with their real parent(s)?

This is just 1 real life example of why a woman would choose to get an abortion. Some people just aren't in a place to properly raise a child and to attempt to do so wouldn't be fair to the kid. If you REALLY care about the life of the mother and rights of women in general then you would be pro-choice (even if you're against abortion itself) because it has NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYONE BUT THE WOMAN AND HER DOCTOR. Get your noses OUT of our PRIVATE, PERSONAL business! End of story.

In that amount of time she could become home/jobless and (if she kept it) the kid would be living in a household with alcoholic grandparents, the mom would have to immediately pick up working again to support everyone so she'd have no time for the baby, and the chances of the mom going to college anytime soon because now she has another mouth to feed are very slim. NOT aborting would cause the child to be raised in a way that's really not suited for raising a baby. Is that fair to the child?

Think about the 19 year old waitress supporting her alcoholic parents who's trying to save up to go to college. If she gets pregnant and can't have an abortion think about the life that baby will have. Even if she didn't want an abortion, she'd have to quit her job (because in the US there's no full paid leave) to take care of it for about 6 of those months before she could even think about giving it up for adoption.

The reason Smith's descriptions were so unnecessary were because it had nothing to do with really saying why or why not PP should get funding. His tactics were basically to gross out the voters so they'd be repulsed and be like "I don't want that shit happening" when they don't even think about WHY someone would go to great lengths to have that done.

Why are people saying "they can't handle the truth about abortion"? The news guy said he listened to the whole thing but just didn't want to listen to it again. Jackie had to hear it because she was there, and she sure as hell already knew the gory details because when you get abortions you have to sign like 10 different forms describing that procedure in detail saying you agree to it.

@RapIsDeadly Hey idiot! This woman miscarried a fetus which had to be removed surgically. This kind of procedure is entirely legal within a hospital when a woman's life is in danger. Late term abortion is not performed by planned parenthood. Get your facts straight!
