Colorado's Fiscal Road Map, part 1

Colorado is staring down a $1 billion budget shortfall over the next two years. As bad as that sounds, the structural deficit going forward will be much worse if Colorado doesn't address mandatory spending requirements in our state budget. Independence Institute Senior Fellow Barry Poulson and State Representative Kent Lambert join Independent Thinking host Jon Caldara to discuss their proposal for a fiscal road map to Colorado's long term economic stability.
