Parasitus: Ninja Zero XBL Indie Game Live commentary review

I try out a new released Indie Game side-scroller. It mixes elements from retro classics. It has a good soundtrack and gameplay for a price of 240 MGP's. I recommend this game.

One question: Does this involve a vampire lord or some other kind of thing causing the events. Just wanting to know if it has a new angle say compared to a Castlevania in story.

@couchtr26 i only played the trial. Couldn't tell you. It seems so much like Castlevania to me.

nice seeing the video review, but for the love of god use combos man! The game is so much easier, remember you have another attack button!

@ringo2187 I have noobish reflexes compared to the kids today. . . I was doing WAY better after I turned off the camera and learned what I was doing :)

@CastleG8 That was what was worrying me. It looks enjoyable but I would like to see a Castlevania clone with less vampires and more some dark wizard or something in a similar vein. Be nice to introduce a new concept and plot to see where you could go with it or explore a different set of variables. For instance, magic is more prevalent and is not limited to just attacks not that is what I was looking for but give an idea. Be nice to see something different with the basics.
