Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 Cycle 5 Week 3 Box Squats and some free squats with my not-so new Metal Pro briefs. Hand me-downs from JJ of Detroit Barbell. You can tell they're real loose and not giving me any poundage, just hip support, because I'm able to squat below parallel without any weight on my back. First time using them, and my legs are RAW!
