Tewksbury Teacher Charged With Attempted Murder

Edward Manzi, a 6th grade teacher at Tewksbury's Ryan Elementary School is charged with allegedly beating his girlfriend and attempted murder, after he pointed a gun at her mother.

I had him as a teacher in 6th grade.

I really doubt he actually did any of what the girlfriend said. But if he did, I have heard many times that he hasn't been the same since his car accident and divorce in the last few years.

I had Mr. Manzi in 6th grade and he was one of my favorite teachers. While he was kind to all of the students and faculty at the schools, maybe there was something going on at home that no one was aware of. This just goes to show you that you can't trust anyone these days.
