3rd part.

My so far most complex and longest LEGOmovie (as in both time of production and effort as well as playtime).
It's a race with many LEGOcars on a narrow track which leads halfway through the city. (While producing the movie I always had the track of Monaco with its street canyons in the back of my mind. Well, with a lot of fantasy these can be recognized in here ^^)
The race offers everything which is common in today's racing: passing maneuvers, accidents, safety-car phases, pit stops and of course an ample award ceremony.
The images for the race and the award ceremony were produced in summer 2005 in more than 2,5 weeks with the help of a good friend of mine and my brother.
The editing for the final movie clearly took a lot longer (a couple of months). Especially the dubbing asked for a lot of effort. Well, form your own opinion about my movie and tell me if all that work was worthwhile.

  • Top 3 is really #3,#5,and#4

  • @nascar2090

Well, in part 1 you can see the first pit stop of #2. After the little incident he made use of the safety car phase in order to get his front spoiler fixed during a second pit stop. His plan was to distance himself from the rest of the field with a 2 stop-strategy consisting of little sprints. [As you can see] He was very successful.

  • @Grundinho89 I don't know waht you were watching! you fag! #2 dropped debris and should be DQed

  • @nascar2090

Watch out! Quote: And #2 never made a pit stop so in real life he would have ran out of fuel.

  • This video is excellent and has inspired me to make my own picture video of a lego f1 race. It won't be as good as yours but I'll try my best. I'm still a little unsure how to do the pit stops but oh well! Everyone be sure to check my channel, komercialkillers within the next 2-3 weeks when I finnish and post it!

  • #5 did an excellent job to get on the podium!I mean, overtaking 3 people in 2 laps deserves more than third!

  • And if #2 is not DQ he should be 1 lap down.

  • And #2 never made a pit stop so in real life he would have ran out of fuel.

  • #3 is the winner in my book!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I was rooting #7!!!! But #2 (the winner) should be disqualified for dropping a skid plate! Gosh #2 is a fag.
