TR3 - Coastal Village Walkthrough (2/3)

Walkthrough for Coastal Village, a South Pacific Island level in Tomb Raider 3, which was released in 1998 by Core Design.
My walkthrough covers all secrets (even one additional one as the statistics say 4 of 3 secrets at the end) and shows you how to do both ways to get to the village in a single shot.
Coastal Village is the demo level for Tomb Raider 3, along with half of India 's Jungle that can also be downloaded for free, as a TR3 "preview".
Not a single medipak/medipack used for this level! :)

i never liked any tombraider games... but looking at this is impressive, i would never have the patient for searching and jumping ....ain't it boring ones u know where everything is?

Well, first of all it's probably a question of taste.

I do get bored with levels that I practically know by heart, but preparing for a walkthrough (e.g. memorizing where everything exactly is, etc.) is a challenge of its own as well :).

Plus, most of my walkthroughs are pistols-only without any medipaks (to restore life), though the save crystals in the PC version do bring back some life.

Looking at this level in retrospective a bit older and viser... Wouldn't breaking into a native willage shooting down all it's inhabitans being considered a massacre? Especially when we talking stone axes vs dual pistols ;)

I guess if they go and attack Lara, it's considered self-defense? And usually, you can manage to get through the poison darts without getting hit by them, given that you have good timing.

hey, ty for the help... btw in part one i think u forgot a pink gem... (in the tombe, if u jump in the stream u get on a small piece of land , if u then jump behind the block there is a pink gem) again ty

The same kind of selfdeffence soldiers use against stone trowing demsotrants ;) I can't remember how good my timing was in my PS1 days, but I guess I wasn't quick enough for the arrows...

I remember those poison arrows! They where such a pain in the ass if you didn't have a hugh storage of medipacs
