I wish the interviewer would have asked some hard questions. So Panasonics most popular camera, the GF1, is finally replaced by the GX1? I cant imagine many GF1 users upgrading - slightly higher res and ISO performance with a crummy LCD, no built in EVF and no focus peaking. On top of all its shortcomings the NEX 7 is starting to ship and knowing Panasonic they won't be getting the GX1 into many retail stores in America making GX1 a year too late with un-impressive features. What a bummer.

No built in viewfinder = no sale

@stylistar it's priced as an accessory. see the markups for things like lens hoods, bits of plastic that cost as much as a tank of petrol. not really surprising. very excited about the actual camera mind
