  • I'm the only one in my class who knows(and loves) Florence + The Machine. Which makes meh 'weird' for not liking today's kind of music. But I keep my head held high and ignore them. Quite proud of myself for discovering her. :D

  • I am - sadly- the rabbit hearted lamb...

  • @MastersDoll a rabbit hearted girl is referring to a girl who is shy, weak, and easily used (like as a prey), but later on in the song, she turns into the lion hearted girl so she eventaully gains power or rather works her way up the food chain.

  • @MastersDoll It means she's a weak hearted girl or easily frightened.

  • i rerally love this song!

  • @catstopzebra thank you, that makes complet sense with the song and i appreciate your response. helps me relate to florence even more

  • @MastersDoll Rabbits are skittish, afraid, and reproduce quickly making them easily replaceable. In Seth Godin's books, he talks about our "lizard brain" which is "afraid of everything and intent on reproduction". I believe "rabbit-hearted" is a spin-off of that, but instead of referring to our mind this refers to our heart, and when I say heart I don't mean the organ but the poetic/musical founded belief that our heart is connected with our emotions and feelings. So...she wants to be strong!

  • @MastersDoll I guess she means shy & quiet, almost like a rabbit?! IDK

  • does anyone know what she means by rabbit-hearted girl?

  • @Primajtotallyrocks Same with me! :D
