I wouldn't want to belong to a country that would imprison people for not having health insurance. This is madness and it must be stopped if we want to live in a country based on liberty and freedom.

I'll never believe obama until he starts to speak candidly about the objectives and political practices of his "opponents". He needs to call these guys out, draw some battle lines, identify those entities whose interests conflict with the potential to improve circumstances for the common americans who elected him. He needs to change the game. Till then he is a corporate tool rather than a public servant.

No you can still choose not to buy it but then you will be fined (taxed) I believe $700.00 to $1000.00 Its a lose lose all around. Give to insurance companies or give to the Government take your pick. This is a shame! KILL THE DAMN BILL!

I'm sure Governor Deans feeling were really hurt and he isn't going to invite Press Secretary Gibbs over for Christmas anymore. The reason Progressives cant get anything done is because while the right is out there calling the most moderate Democrats Socialists you guys are busy feeding on your own... like I said ... good luck with that
