In the first seconds (I think it starts at 08:00) you can hear the flute impersonating the sound a mule does (at least that's what I'm hearing lol ). It's sounds really nice

I didn't see anywhere on your list the piece of music from Fistful Of Dollars; where its near beginning of the movie and he's standing by the well. The music starts with a piano then violin. Its very good how he uses the piano to create atmosphere.
Hey, it's easier than using the atmosphere to create piano.
