  • the fact an ordinary person can bet 100 pounds every spin which takes about 30 seconds is ridiculous. they should be banned. at least on fruit machines the most u could lose is about 50-100 quid. people seem to be losing thousands a day..how can these be legal?

  • You can still lose a lot of money at those "modest" stakes. When I lived in England, their slot machines made NO sense to me, so I didn't play them. The fact that they had a 70% payout percentage posted on the machine also helped me.

    One of the bad things about US military bases in overseas is that they have slot machines.

  • Sloppy BBC journalism, the machines take a maximum 100.00 stake and maximum payout is 500.00. Stick to employing Jews it is what you do best.
