yes I had a 1224MK7 and the bigger amp under the XV is a LX prototype.... it depend of your need... I love my LX... it's a real beast!!! but they are not making it anymore... nothing sound like a matamp! and the video doesn't represent how it sound in real...

it's a MAXX X1 in fact it's a LX prototype : 80W and no dual master..
