Video #2 of 4 - Cracked 2" Monel Pipe - Domestic Water Line Leak Detection & Repair

This customer called Heffco because their water bill was extremely high. We traced out the domestic water line & pinpointed the exact location of the leak. Heffco called in an OUPS ticket so that we could excavate & repair the leak 2 days later. The customer thought that the water line went around the outside of the building & entered at the rear into a mechanical room. During the examination process, Heffco was able to revile that this was not the case. The line enters at the front & runs through the center of the building under the floor. The customer is now able to utilize our findings to have asbuilt drawings for their premises.
