A spiritu dominatus,
Domine, libra nos,

From the lighting and the tempest,
Our Emperor, deliver us.
From plague, temptation and war,
Our Emperor, deliver us,
From the scourge of the Kraken,
Our Emperor, deliver us.
From the blasphemy of the Fallen,
Our Emperor, deliver us,

From the begetting of daemons,
Our Emperor, deliver us,
From the curse of the mutant,
Our Emperor, deliver us,

That thou wouldst bring them only death,
That thou shouldst spare none,
That thou shouldst pardon none
We beseech the, destroy them.'

A morte perpetua,
Domine, libra nos.

From the lighting and the tempest,
Our Emperor, deliver us.
From plague, temptation and war,
Our Emperor, deliver us,
From the scourge of the Kraken,
Our Emperor, deliver us.
From the blasphemy of the Fallen,
Our Emperor, deliver us,

From the begetting of daemons,
Our Emperor, deliver us,
From the curse of the mutant,
Our Emperor, deliver us,

  • @WyczesanyBober No, Matt Ward hates all of us. Every time I hear about his new material I cringe.

  • I find myself listen to this when Im painting my Witchhunter and Grey Knight army.. (Come on there better together ;) )

  • If only they had Tarja Turunen sing this.

  • HMkids tashit

  • @Kyndrie Some will argue it is a nod to their 'nun' origins, resembling a coif (white nun hat thing), others say it is to represent purity or to honor their fallen sisters. As fluff doesn't specify, but DOES mention an order changing their colors to honor fallen, it seems likely that the white hair came about when that went down.

  • @martoboyo seriously though, not all of them have white hair, only some do, it just is a nice contrast against the darker colored armor, making the light hair/dark armor a popular combination for SoB art.

  • Кхорн, Тзинч и Нургл поставили дислайки. Не Слаанеш, конечно.

  • poor sister, when the grey knights come they get screwed

  • @WyczesanyBober It's generally a lot better if you find an author who is either focussed on sisters of battle entirely, or brings them into a large part of what they're writing. Of course, shit happens to everyone in the Warhammer universe, a lot of men are more likely to notice if it's happening to women though.

Two Ciaphas Cain books have pretty good appearances from the Sororitas, and there's the small series started by Faith and Fire.

  • Just ignore everything ward writes. it makes WH40k so much better.
