Inspired by the poem by Reverend Martin Niemoller of the same name, First They Came for... is set in a not so distant future where a nondescript regime takes away innocent people while one man struggles between standing up for what's right and saving himself.

People then end result is the same. Please think and ask your selves what are "ism's" and why are they dangerous to use and we in this desperate time need to not get hung up on descriptive minute twist of words as that is division and you are both equally right and are close to saying the same thing but with different words. Another form of divide and conquer. You both have merit and I for one validate both of you as people with good points. Thank you and there is no criticism to any of you.
The poem is not "about fascism" it was about standing up for the liberty of all people to protect your own. Look at communist china. They use the red star and they also throw people in black prisons for speaking out against the government. I would say china and north korea are atleast as fascist of regimes as Hitler's.
The poem IS about fascism. "liberty for all" is superficial.
China and N. Korea are essentially oppressive totalitarian dictatorships, and are far more merciless to political threats than other countries are.
Fascism=blame all problems on minorities or others, and merciless/genocidal to them based on race, sexuality, politics, religion, disability, shape of skull, etc. = poem
I hope you can see the dif between killing a political enemy vs killing everyone in a village bc of their ethnicity.
Youre taking the poem too literally. The poem was written using the nazis, jews, communists, and union workers as it's subjects. Saying it's more about nazis than standing up for everyone's freedom is like saying Candid is about a boy, not about blind optomism. And while a big part of German "fascism" was ethnic cleansing and obedience, fascism is technically the merging of state and corporate (i.e. Mussolini). Why is it you're defending brutal communist regimes anyways? North korea dude? Shit.
I think using nazis in the video would be outdated and irrelavent. Todays biggest threats are Religious extremists (of all kinds), Nkorea type communists and most of all corporatist-capitalist systems such as the united states. I am not trying to single out communism. I am personally against government of all kinds so that's my only real bias.
"I think using nazis in the video would be outdated and irrelavent." -yes as well as its a distraction from our current threats, that you mentioned. But using the red star is not only a distraction, but its also factually incorrect.
So perhaps if they used some obscure symbol, particularly religious looking, instead of a red star or swastika would satisfy us both.
Yeah, but your acting like there aren't several major communist dictatorships. I mean, communism often turns into fascism when it's run by a crazy asshole like Mao or Kim Jong Ill. They absorb private business, the media, the police etc. I dont know...I'm just saying I can totally see why they would use it. I think having something like NWO on their hat would be the best lol.

When did I defend N Korea? I just meant that other govs aren't saints either.
"merging of state and corporate" fact
