USA: Nanosolar; Will USA's NanoSolar achieve the lowest cost thin film modules with CIGS technology?

On June 11 this year, the international solar energy conference took place in Munich entitled "The Thin-film Future" and organized by the Rotterdam-based firm SolarPlaza. Almost two hundred attendees coming from 27 countries were given an expert breakdown of the latest developments in the field of thin-film technology.

  • Sell it in Brazil.

  • Love the idea and the technology. But this video is pretty poorly done. Why watch the guy when he's got a Visual aid?

  • why is it taking so long, were ready to be rolled :) my only worry is how long they last.

  • Hi Mr. Roscheisen,

I am interested in installing solar panels on the roof of my house in Santa Clara, CA. Is it possible to get some of the panels you throw away anyway that doesn't meet your quality? I will be happy to pick them up my self from you San Jose plant with my pickup truck.

    Regards,

    Les

  • Do you know what the price of the solarpanels are?

If I'm not wrong they curently are only selling the Nanosolar Utility Panel and are outsold for the next 12 months.

But what about the Nanosolar SolarPly? Is it a whole diferent technology? and is the price going to be lower or higher than the panel?
