This is how you can make your own secure wallet to protect against RFID scanning and credit card readers. For more information, I am linking a video to a newscast: http://www.wreg.com/videobeta/8ba6f8fc-90a2-4711-90ea-1884ec348310/News/Elect...

Preparedness is critical.

  • Have u checked ur wallet with a RFID reader?

  • @zahaj - Of course.

  • I also suggest a sheet of mylar just in case. I might do an update showing this.

  • great idea man im gonna put some in my wallet now. My chase card has paypass and you dont even have to swipe it in a reader to buy something.

  • @xxxM85xxx - Then you definitely want to take advantage of this method ;) For any who wish to learn more, I linked a video to a news report in the video description. Also, I suggest locating a copy of the Discovery Channel's episode called "Catch Me If You Can", since it has a lot of relevant information on this topic. Additionally, YouTube user USNERDOC also has info on RFID shielding. Take care, and good luck!
