just a short montage I made about the worlds youngest profeshional showjumper Jessica Mendoza! She is only 13 and already has represented her country more than 9 times! She won her first showjumping class at age 3!

to spend it on a horse with potential. i really would like this hateful behavior from you all to just stop. it makes you all sound jealous, mean and hateful. here are the facts:jess is an amazing rider. she just is, and no one can argue with that. she has countless titles, and her money has only a little to do with it. not nothing, but just a LITTLE.she is a role model to so many young riders. noone is making you watch this, so if you dont have anything nice to say;say nothing.

i know its a bummer,and i know it may be hard for you all to take in, but money and success have alot in common in the world of horses. a horse is just like a human;certain ones have talent for certain things, and they all have to learn. this is why its no suprise that the better the horse, the more its going to cost. its just facts. it may not be fair, but whether you like it or not its true. its not her fault she was born into a family with money, but you can bet they are going

hi if a horse is 13.3 would it be in the 138 class or the 148 class thnaks ?

She is a decent rider. but the key is money. she has lots of money.

Her top pony Tixylix was brought for £250,000.

I have competed against her a few times and trust me she is not the respectable rider that some of you worship. Her 128 Charlies Angel stopped at a fence in a class i was competing in. she presented him totally wrong and he stopped so she proceeded to gallop down the side of the arena hitting him with her whip.

She gets more credit than she deserves. .

@bobbobbobmynameisbob not really true. a good rider will get the best abililty out of a horse. Put a bad rider on a good horse, this could potentially ruin it

Can I just point out that she herself said in an interview "dad trains the horses, mum looks after them and I ride them". I think this points out a fact. I know a girl just like her and she is a total tart. If you don't believe me, she is trained by an ex-Olympic showjumper, her dads bosses buy all her ponies (Inc. A £16,000 event pony) she rides lady bedfords pony, she has 3 grooms and she stills says that her ponies are crap and she does all the work x I'm not saying Jess is not talented, but

I havent had any trainers or instructors, apart from when I won a training bursary (250euro to spend on coaching). Its not all about money. Btw, I am not taking away from anyone's ability im just saying that its not ALL about money :)

I dont think thats really true, My parents aren't rich by a long shot, but Ive still managed to acheive alot... Eg: My pony Maisy... We bought her as a 4year old and she was not expensive, yet Ive brought her on so much, and out of the whole of N.Irelnad, i was one of 2 people chosen to go to Olympia. Maisy was the youngest pony there by far, and we still managed to get 3rd.

amzandchalky4eva- there is not a 7yr old on the under 21 squad! It would not be allowed as your not even allowed to ride 148s or jump in hoys quals until you are 8! I appreciate your friend is probably a good rider but she is defiantly not on the under 21 British showjumping squad!

i've competed against Jessica a couple of times now, at aintree racecourse just recently and other bsja shows. i dont really know what i think of her but i dont agree with all the jealous comments, its the horse world. get over it.

simple equation:

70% of the time money=success

i got really lucky with the pony i ride now and i love him to bits, thats all i care about.
