I use a newer Visual Boy Advance to record the footage with, then I compress it with this compressor called the "ffdshow Video Codec" It's been a long time since I got it so I've no idea how easy or hard it is to find. Wish I could give you more information, but I really don't know why things work on my computer. I'm not really tech savvy.
