@needparalegal The Glock 19 comes standard with 15 round magazines... The Glock 26 comes from the factory with 10 round magazines... He's got at least 40 rounds of 9mm on him, just based on what he showed us here. The rule is: if you have only 19 rounds on you, you'll need 20; carry more than you will likely need. My G26 wears a 10 round magazine when it's in my holster, I have a spare on me which holds 12. His advice to always have a spare magazine(s) is good advice.

@Stompajiggayo this is where the real world collides with statistics. This is not about what SEEMS better or tests done under controlled (or contrived) conditions. If you had a choice to take a study's findings or a magazine's article finer points about the best ammo OR the advice of living, breathing person who has accumulated info from DOZENS of actual shootings by police or military the logical choice would be.....investigate sincerely then make up your own mind.

@MyCabowabo not sure if the guy ever answered your question, but having night sights cant hurt your situation. you may not always need them, but will have them in case you do, whereas if you dont have them there may be a time when you do need them.
